A Moment of Grace
Resilience Day 4

Chimp 13th eMail...

Happily walking above the chasm of grief, despair, and depression is within reach. Today, let’s focus on your second big stone…

Click the Stone to go to Resilience Resources.

1—Take a breath, calm your thoughts, then THINK about this quote…

“If your heart is broken, make art with the pieces.” ― Shane Koyczan

  Or this scripture passage…

“The righteous keep moving forward, and those with clean hands become stronger and stronger.” ~ Job 17:9 (NLT)

2—Now, add to your Values List*…

Choose the best word that comes closest to what you value most. Write it on your list…

Balance • Closeness • Bravery • Health • Humility

3—Write this in your own hand—large & bold. Fold neatly/wad into a ball. Touch/squeeze it every time you get anxious. Tonight, file away for later.

Stronger Today…
Than yesterday, but not as resilient as I will be tomorrow!

AWARENESS: The big idea is that we must create the energy to move from where we are to where we want to go. First movement, then momentum. Be grateful for anything that knocks you a little off balance as it contains the energy you need to start moving. You are resilient and capable. Believe it!

God Bless,
