We all have two choices…
We either believe there is life after death…
Or just death after life.
Being a lifelong Christian our belief is sustained by hope and Grace.
My beloved Jan saw Easter as something more than a rebirth of spring after winter, but proof of the promise that there is something beyond our human experience.
I looked up at Mount San Jacinto this morning where Jenn, Kelli, and I spread Jan’s ashes and could feel her reach out and tell me two things:
- Go to church and celebrate the Ressurection…
- Know that I am with you always.
This morning, I am Grateful for the 30 marvelous years we had together…
A little more Resilient than ever…
Authentically inspired by the promise of Hope…
Creatively celebrating her loss and her accession to Heaven…
And more importantly, completely Empathetic with Mary, John, Paul, and even Doubting Thomas.
No question, Grace conquers Grief.
He is risen indeed.
