Love With Grace™: Legacy & Legendary Happiness

“Humanity’s legacy of stories and storytelling is the most precious we have. All wisdom is in our stories and songs. A story is how we construct our experiences. At the very simplest, it can be: ‘He/she was born, lived, died.’ Probably that is the template of our stories – a beginning, middle, and end. This structure is in our minds.” ~ Doris Lessing

Legendary Happiness…

The other day, I had a thought… actually, a really big thought… about a really big idea!

I have written several books on success, purpose, meaning, and the broad idea of happiness.

In fact, Invest With Grace: Legendary Wealth is all about turning your Time, Talent, and Treasure into a legacy that will last for as long as there are humans walking the earth.

We prove our investment strategy with 20 different stories of people who were completely normal, and in some cases broke and broken, but yet they persevered to create Legendary Wealth.

My thought was that I want a woman like Jan—a woman who I want and who wants me.

All of me. The brains, the fun, the laughter, the paunch, and my rather moody look at the ebbs and flows of life.

I want, my real target, a woman who will be my plucky sidekick, counterbalance, and a person who is curious about everything… wants to see everything… and wants to go everywhere… at anytime we so choose!

Put simply, I don’t just want to be happy—whatever that means.

I want Legendary Happiness.

The kind of happiness where the soft moments are fun and frivolous and the challenges of life are met with furious and fabulous strength.

No question, I want it all.

Creating a legacy at this time of my life seems outlandish.

Experiencing the most elusive feeling of all, Legendary Happiness, is worth a lot of time looking, seeing, being, and hopefully, finding the right match for the last segment of life.

So this week, I will answer the question, “what makes me truly happy?”

Not what I am willing to accept, settle for, or just give up.

I want the beautiful woman on a fast horse crossing the fields of my broken heart!

Grace Note: How much time have you spent with the inner you discussing happiness? What makes you truly happy? The elimination of a problem, or the achievement of something truly wonderful?
